That life is not easy, probably most of us know
That lingers in a victims role don't make life happier or more fun
However, it is sooo hard to see the boat from outside while sitting in it
Some can
Others believe they can
Others just do it without thinking

The next time it is probably time to face the facts and start looking at yourself and what you do
No there is nothing wrong with ALL of the others
That would really astonish me  :o)
All others can't be malfunctioning

When people have gone through traumas in life, it's not so obvious for them to see other
Know how another person feels and what the person needs has often drowning in your own feelings that get into the center
To realize that there is a weakness you have is hard when you are sitting in the victims boat
In that boat, there is only one starting position
It is like wearing glasses there and everywhere you look you can just see that others fail and what others are doing wrong

Getting close to a person with trauma in baggage is not always easy
Quite often they live out abusive behaviors in other directions based on the glasses giving an inaccurate picture 
Quite often their own feelings get into the spotlight that they become obstacles in the way of to see other people's feelings and needs

It's just that it's hard when you have wounds
There is no one who accuses but you perceive it like that
Nobody wants to offend but it happens

Nobody wants to live out abusive behaviors when they are in their own worst memories
No one wants to do that to a loved one, perhaps a child, a man or a woman, a friend
Why does this happen then?
Yes because it is an open wound that needs to heal and sometimes we need help to see the wound before it can be healed
You approach a person who is hurt, you need to know that pain is blinding

Have you wounds so you need to know that those who love you can not just remain silent
Those who love you for real they will poke into the wound and they will not accept anything
But they will be there for you always no matter how bad it was and how little you can see from your seat in the boat

But they may not remain there at all times just closed by
Sometime maybe they need to take distance to wait you out
Maybe just a moment, one hour or a day
Maybe for longer
Maybe because they need to protect others or themselves for not someone else will be damaged
Don't wait until it has gone so far!
Take the hand that offers and don't bite it!

Now we moved on
The lunar eclipse ended the first part of our journey through time of changes
The Shift is underway and it shows that in many ways
Now we have a direction of development
One direction is now available in each of us
Everyone who lives on this planet
We are heading to new times

For me it means that I now make trips around the Earth at night
Looking at all that is happening and what people do
Not much fun there

The question I asked myself this morning is if I should keep quiet about this and adapt myself to the ranks of those who only want to see the positive, bright, lovely and beautiful

Should I choose to remain silent about everything dark and horrible
I can not just remain silent

The humans have the ability to raise themselves above other living beings
The humans think so much about themselves and about their nature

Sometimes I remember the scene in the movie "The Fifth Element" where the alien is watching the news and then just cries

After that, she needed to contemplate before she could continue to help this species to survive ...

Why help?

For underneath, around and in all this darkness, there is something that is strong among mankind
The light shines brightly sometimes
Sometimes we can see it in the middle of the darkest dark
It comes and breaks through everything
And this light will change this Earth at the end
into a new world to live in

The month of March was intense
The solar eclipse has got things moving a lot in both IRL and on other planes

The wind told me in the middle of March that he would be out and blow much now
Yes he did in Europe, they may now think he's doing a bit too much
He told me that he would have overturned a part and yes, he has
He calms down soon enough he asumed

The solar eclipse was on my part associated with a hike out to "Alvestenen" (a rock out in the woods speciell for the Elves) and to Mother Stone
A nice hike
New start in many ways

Same week we built up the tipi here in the garden
Feels great to have it here
Soon we will travel to Båstad (a little swedish town) with it, and then further on out on travels

I worked with
business coaching pretty much this month and
life coaching was part of the picture as it usually does
Clarity came into social contexts
Healing was given
I cleaned an apartment and a place at a residential area here in Partille
Had a class specialized for people with asthma and allergies
Had to pull a bit first before we could meet. The asthma was baffing just that morning on one of the participants
But at the end it was a very rewarding and enjoyable day at the course

And the individual courses are fun too
All meetings with people who are open to the other worlds and who receive guidance and may get some obstacles from the road

Now I wish for sunshine and warmth
Don't think brother wind will blow so much here
He has probably other missions

The friends on the other side says that it is difficult to find peace and quiet now
There will be more and more tangible events
Even Earth will take actions

It is important to grasp and solve your own knots now
Those who become so annoying and that leads us into actions and contexts, we do not want to be involved in
Take your abilities seriously
They are for to react with not to run away from

Assignments come to us
We don't have to look for them

And then there is an open door here for those who wants to come here
and get distinctive help for life

They will lead with a defined direction
The direction which the people have chosen

My spirit friend asumed to turn on the radio this morning
A report on Swedish Radio P1 about a musician, Sebastan Staxx from the Kartellen
It was good to hear his story
One who dares to show the light he found
It really doesn't matter where you find light and hope
What religion
What community
What surroundings
It spreads that there is hope
It spreads that someone dared to tell about it and it changes for the others
He is accepted because of he accepts himself and his own change
He dares to rely on his own experience
He doesn't dismiss it to be imagination


He doesn't hide because others might think ....

You can't hide for long
You can't deny yourself and your world in the long run
What are you experiencing?
How do you see the world and yourself?
Are you hiding yourself from others or from yourself?
How many people experience things that can not be explained?
How many people live with "imaginations"?
Start to talk about it!

Dare to jump over the invisible border control set up
Don't give away the rights over youself!
If you start to talk you will discover that there are many others who understand
and many who are helped by your courage
You may just have to relieve yourself

There are so many opinions about what a shaman is.
I have used this word since my friend and teacher on the other side said I would take that concept.
Pretty soon I felt it was something else other people associated with that than I do.

I wrote this:
"You don't become a shaman. The spirits remind you that you are already are one recall you to your place. Regardless of where you were born. Whether you like it or not.
Even in our western culture there are people who follow this calling.
The word 'shaman' is an alien word that we imbue with meaning. The spirits speak to us in words that we can understand. I am intermediary between worlds"

When people come to me, I usually explain what I mean by the word "shaman".

I train many people. Some of those I regard as "shamans".
They are to me people who have a special energy in their origin.
It is this energy I feel and that is why I sometimes say to people that they are schamans.

Imagine a flower meadow. There are many different flowers.
All together building a beautiful meadow. Everyone contributes. All required. No one is better or worth less.

Actually the concept that I use do not correspond fully to what people in general connect to it.
But it does anyway.
The way we see the world
The way we live and experience
The way we feel
The way we communicate
it's the same way in which shamans have made it through all millennia this Earth has existed

They have created systems to share their knowledge
They have acted together with others in large meetings
They have acted as healers and helpers
They have acted in many different ways

That are schamans
That we are

We have been there from the beginning
We always come back
We have had assignments and tasks

It is we who are our ancestors
It is we who act, for someone has to take that role we have and have had

It is we who act in shifts between the ages
The Shift of the Ages
The Shift of the Sun

It is we who been there the last time
and it is we who are here now

We who are acting in these contexts do not need any frames
We do not need any fixed rituals
We do not need any training in old systems which exist around the Earth
We exist in different cultures
We exist in all points of the compass
We exist in all nations

Now we have the mandate to act in the Shift of the Sun and the Ages we are in
Now we will act as who we are

I have been here before
I have memories that are lovely and
memories that hurts in the soul until they are healed
I have memories of the last shift,
I will act in the contexts of this shift

It feel´s like people are grouped according to what religion they belong or do not belong to, more than anything else
Even in a country like Sweden
The pope was accused to spread communist thoughts when he spreads his Christian message
Children in a class two in Sweden talking about beheadings and are afraid of war
Leading politicians in a demonstration for press freedom while they persecute the press in their home countries
Anxiety and fear breeds hatred and anger
Hypocrisy is normality
The propaganda is booming


How many of you think about the big picture?
The totality of everything you think and say about other people?
Sure, groups of people are people too
Well then, politicians, soldiers, the grumpy lady at the store, the neighbor who disturbes with the music, he who was driving in front of you and can not drive, or just that .... the colleague who got the angry email yesterday she has to be. .. yes yes
They all have emotions
All are human beings
What if you could get to know each other
Would it change anything?

For quite a few years ago, I told my school pupils about a village
It was a village that was isolated by roadblocks
Soldiers prevented anyone from getting in or out
This was going on a couple of days
A little boy did not come home to mom and dad that night
He who was with Grandpa and just wanted to go home and cried
A mother who became ill and needed to go to the hospital, but the ambulance did not come through
It was a small village - I gave it the name of the village of my school children
They were touched and got it

Then I told them the village has an Arabic name, and where situated in another country
